to the mountains

went up to Brecknridge to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary for the Brazils

Pat & Char met us for lunch, but all the youngsters went for a ride around Dillon lake.

I was jazzed to see the lake from this vantage point.
the Breck peaks still had some snow

gravel road to Radium Hot Springs

Gore Canyon with the Colorado River running through it

looking down on the hot springs

looking up river to the East

down at the springs - lots of river traffic

the raft guides let rafters out to do this cliff jump near Radium

finger rock on the way to Steamboat Springs

after soaking at Strawberry pool, I spent a night in the mountains outside Steamboat

lots of space out there.....
