Originally I thought that I was going to explore hot springs in Eastern Oregon for a few days and that I would miss the Underpass show in Portland. That was until I found out that UNDERPASS had a day off before the Portland gig. And they wanted to go hot springing on their day off. So I condensed my original plan down and planned a route that would get us to 3 skateparks and 2 eastern OR hot springs, plus Alex's favorite, Cougar Hot Springs - plus if it worked out just right, we'd be able to dine on Pizza Research Institute as well before arriving to play the show in Portland.

Dan had us stop at the Burns Skatepark - totally shoddy, but it was next to a playground from 1970 |
